Y & Sons International Ensure not to employ / allow any child labor in the company premises. For of this guide, the term “Child” (“Children”) refers to a person who is under the age of working legally or is below the minimum age for unrestricted work in the country of manufacture, whichever age is greater. Proof of age documentations must be available for all employees in the form of birth certificates, national identity cards, or any other official documentation which may be verifiable accordance to our compliance. Additional documentations may be required for children, including school completion certificates, doctor’s certificates and / or permission from parents. FACTORIES ACT 1934 clearly states the hiring of a child labor as serious offense / crime and is illegal.

Management / employees will be equally responsible for minimizing incidents within our facilities. Safe work practices and safe job procedures will be clearly defined in the safety manual for all employees to follow. Incident loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, and employees. Management commits to working in a spirit of consultation and co-operation with its employees in maintaining a safe and healthful work environment. All management functions will comply with company safety requirements as they relate to planning, operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. All employees will perform their jobs properly in accordance with established safe job procedures and safe work practice
